Grand On River is a former bank building in Detroit that is undergoing renovations. A Detroit Savings bank branch was first established at the corner of Grand River and Warren in 1909. The original structure was replaced with the current building around 1927. It was actively used as a bank until the late 70’s. While the building was intermittently occupied, the building deteriorated over the years.
Once renovations are complete, Grand On River will include an art gallery and two general workshop spaces.
